1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, quotations, orders, and website usage provided by RHEN Performance.
By accessing this website or placing an order with RHEN Performance, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Custom Manufacturing
RHEN Performance specializes in custom-made and forged wheels manufactured according to individual customer specifications.
As products are custom-built:

  • slight differences in color, finish, engraving, or appearance may occur

  • digital renderings and previews are for visualization purposes only

  • production times may vary depending on specifications and manufacturing schedules

The customer is responsible for verifying:

  • vehicle compatibility

  • wheel and tire fitment

  • brake clearance

  • suspension clearance

  • compliance with Swiss road regulations and homologation requirements

RHEN Performance assumes no liability for damages resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
4. Orders & Contract Conclusion
Offers provided by RHEN Performance are non-binding unless otherwise stated.
A purchase contract is considered concluded once:

  • the customer confirms the order, and

  • RHEN Performance confirms acceptance of the order in writing or begins production.

For custom-made products, production may only begin after receipt of the agreed payment or deposit.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise specified.
Prices may exclude:

  • shipping costs

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT or local taxes outside Switzerland

Payments must be made within the agreed payment terms.
RHEN Performance reserves the right to suspend production or delivery in case of late or missing payment.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
RHEN Performance is not liable for delays caused by:

  • manufacturers

  • shipping companies

  • customs authorities

  • force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider, in accordance with Swiss law.
7. Inspection Obligation
The customer must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
Visible defects, transport damage, or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 5 calendar days after delivery.
Failure to notify within this period may result in loss of warranty claims under applicable Swiss law.
8. Returns & Cancellation
Custom-made and individually manufactured products are excluded from return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started.
Returns may only be accepted upon prior written agreement by RHEN Performance.
9. Warranty & Liability
RHEN Performance warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Any warranty is excluded in cases of:

  • improper installation

  • racing or motorsport use

  • misuse

  • modifications after delivery

  • incorrect tire installation

  • failure to follow maintenance instructions

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, RHEN Performance excludes liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or vehicle-related damages.
Mandatory statutory liability under Swiss law remains reserved.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, renderings, graphics, texts, and branding elements displayed on this website are the intellectual property of RHEN Performance unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Website Usage
Users may not:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • interfere with website security or functionality

  • use the website for unlawful purposes

RHEN Performance reserves the right to modify website content or services at any time without notice.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of RHEN Performance in Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
